Two things happen automatically, and nothing else:
- Your IP address reaches Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the Site. This is unavoidable for any website (it is how a request reaches a server) and is used for delivery and security, not for profiling.
- Nothing else, unless you agree to it. If you decline analytics, or make no choice at all, the Site contacts no third party and stores nothing on your device.
If you accept analytics, aggregate page views are recorded by Plausible, which is cookie-less and does not build a profile of you or track you across sites.
1.3 Third-Party Services
The Site uses the following third-party services that may collect data:
- Cal.com: Appointment scheduling (when you open the booking widget or visit the booking page)
- Cloudflare: Hosting and CDN (processes IP addresses for security and performance)

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States (Cal.com, Cloudflare). These transfers rely on:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
- Adequacy decisions where applicable
- Cloudflare's EU data processing addendum
6. Data Retention
- Email or phone enquiries: kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. The Site has no contact form; getting in touch means emailing or calling directly, so what is retained is ordinary correspondence.
- Analytics: aggregate counts only, and only with consent. No raw per-visitor records are held.
- Server logs: 30 days (Cloudflare default)

not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact me to delete it.

I implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

- No database: static site architecture minimizes attack surface
